It's almost the 4th of July and time to picnic at the Ranch again! This time we went with my friend Jens and we had great fun in the games tent and the pool and I even ate some of the BBQ. It is fun to share these special days with friends

 Its summer - so it's time for camps! My first camp this year was Animation Camp. It was fun. We had to make up a story and then create a character in clay to animate in stop-motion animate. My story was about a character I have made up called "The Beast".
We had a very special treat this week. Aunty Cate came to visit with Sam to celebrate his 18th birthday. Sam is super cool so I was thrilled that we got to go up to Tahoe with him. We had a great time - especially when we hired a speed boat on the lake and both Sam and I got to drive. Lola and Leia and I had our life jackets on. Lola and I were in our element. Leia not so much. Although she probably liked the boat more than she like the cable car. She REALLY hated the cable car.
We stayed in our friends Cliff and Pam's house which was lovely - especially as it had a really cool Playstation VR system! One of the best things about Ellie being BA cabin crew is that we get to see her more often. She likes playing in the park as much as I do so it is always fun to see her.
I cannot believe that another school year is over! This was my first year in the upper elementary classroom and I learned a lot!
Leia thinks that her job is to save her family from the daily attack of killer mail coming through the letter box. She takes her job very seriously and systematically shreds anything that comes through the letter box. Today, Mummy's birthday card from Aunty Sian was the victim
Mummy is 29 AGAIN! We went out to Roma Antica with MB and Mark to celebrate. Happy Birthday Mummy!
This weekend I had 2 dance performances - breaking and hip hop. I love to dance - though I prefer to make up my own moves. Teacher Jeff is a really inspirational teacher and teaches us it is cool to do our own thing as long as we do it with kindness and confidence
